Shey Ditto

(MS, DO, FACOS)

Dr. Ditto is a board-certified general and bariatric surgeon with more than 25 years of healthcare experience. As the founder of ATX Robotic Surgery and Medical Director of Boulevard Wellness, he specializes in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, weight loss surgery, metabolic health, and wellness-focused care.

Before becoming a physician, Dr. Ditto worked as a Registered Nurse in several Level 1 Trauma Centers, including Parkland Hospital and Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He earned his Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences with a focus in Clinical Research from Rosalind Franklin University and received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Ditto completed his residency training in Fort Worth, where he served as co-chief resident, followed by fellowship training in cosmetic and bariatric surgery. Known for his calm demeanor and patient-centered approach, he has performed more than 3,000 fully robotic surgeries in fewer than five years.

His philosophy centers on compassionate, evidence-based care, helping patients achieve long-term health through personalized and sustainable treatment plans.

The M.A.Y.A. (Muscle Activate Your Anatomy) Kinetic Method LLC, founded by Roberto Maya, is a personalized neuromuscular therapy approach designed to improve postural alignment, mobility, stability, and overall physical performance while reducing pain. Through a combination of assessment, treatment, retraining, and reassessment, each session is tailored to help clients achieve long-term functional improvement and better movement efficiency.

With more than 20 years of experience, Roberto Maya is a Licensed Athletic Trainer in Texas and holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement, Corrective Exercise, and Golf Fitness Specialist. His evidence-based approach combines advanced therapeutic techniques with individualized care to deliver noticeable results, often beginning after the first session.

Services include muscle re-education, therapeutic recovery, corrective exercise programs, functional strength and conditioning, scraping/blading, near infrared therapy, magnetic therapy, and focus vibration therapy. The M.A.Y.A. Kinetic Method focuses on restoring optimal neuromuscular communication to help clients move, feel, and perform at their best.

Courtney

With over 23 years of hands-on medical experience, Courtney provides compassionate, patient-centered care at The Boulevard Wellness Center. Her expertise includes phlebotomy, IV therapy, hormone support, weight loss treatments, allergy care, and advanced clinical support, ensuring patients receive comprehensive and well-rounded wellness services.

Known for her calm presence and attention to detail, she helps patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment experience. Courtney plays an important role in creating the welcoming, professional, and elevated environment that defines The Boulevard Wellness Center, combining clinical skill with genuine care to enhance overall patient wellness.

Eliana Valentin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting adults through complex emotional and psychological challenges. She specializes in grief and loss, anxiety and panic disorders, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), suicidal ideation support, and trauma-focused care using EMDR therapy.

Eliana earned her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary and began her clinical career at Everyone’s Counseling Center in Orlando, Florida, where she trained as a student intern before earning her licensure. After building a strong foundation in community mental health, she transitioned into private practice in Dallas and later founded her own practice, 1135 Counseling.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), helping clients identify and reshape the beliefs contributing to emotional distress. As a trained EMDR clinician, she integrates evidence-based trauma therapy to support long-term healing and personal growth. Eliana also offers faith-based counseling upon request, creating a compassionate and individualized approach to care.

Lee Pelmore is a wellness entrepreneur, business developer, and advanced wellness protocol strategist with more than 20 years of experience in health, fitness, human performance, and modern wellness optimization.

With a background as a fitness competitor and wellness consultant, Lee specializes in recovery, metabolism, longevity, biohacking, supplement strategies, and performance-focused wellness optimization. He works alongside licensed medical professionals to help develop personalized wellness experiences tailored to each client’s goals.

Lee has successfully helped build multiple wellness businesses, with The Boulevard serving as his third wellness clinic project. His vision is to create a modern luxury wellness environment that blends cutting-edge therapies, recovery solutions, and elevated client care into one forward-thinking experience.
